Neither the Cathedral Parish nor other Catholic parishes in Geraldton maintain or monitor any official Facebook pages. There may be pages maintained by third parties which appears to be genuine or official. But the Parishes cannot answer any queries based on a third party Facebook post. 

Our parish priests or office staff are not  aware or responsible for the authenticity and reliability of its contents posted on their pages including messages, notices, references to the catholic church traditions or Canon law. 

Following or “being friend” with these pages are entirely up to the users and all risks and responsibilities associated with it, is solely vested on the users. Meanwhile, please beware of misleading information posted on it. 

All parish matters are communicated to the parishioners through our parish bulletins, website or Church announcements.
