Children's Liturgy
Nourishing children to grow in the faith
When and where is it?
During Mass on Sundays in our Parishes, the children in the congregation are invited to their own special prayer time for the first part of the Mass. At this time the children are supervised by our Children’s Liturgy Team.
The Children’s Liturgy helps the children experience the eucharist in an enjoyable and suitable way, whilst giving the parents a chance to be reflectively involved in the readings and homily of the Mass. The children return to the Mass closer to the Offertory Procession.

St Francis Xavier Cathedral at 9:30 am
St Lawrence’s Bluff Point at 9:00 am
St John’s Rangeway at 8:30 am
Who run this?
A team of dedicated volunteers run this program using the resources provided by the Parish.
We thank all team members for their effort, dedication and enthusiasm in running this important ministry.
